What you cannot do

Resell as stock music

Register with Content ID
Do not register generated tracks with YouTube Content ID, Spotify for Artists fingerprinting, or similar systems.
Claim exclusive copyright ownership
You receive full commercial usage rights, but generated tracks are not exclusive to you. Other users may generate similar content from similar prompts.
Train AI models
You may not use generated tracks as training data for competing AI music services.
